We are strengthening our resolve to make it easier for Agricultural Motor Traders to find the right protection for their business with the launch of our AgriTrade insurance policy.
The aim of our new AgriTrade policy is to pick up the slack in protection for such businesses. Created in collaboration with QBE Underwriters, AgriTrade is aimed at Agricultural Motor Traders specifically.
Clients can benefit from policy features such as unaccompanied demo cover, high limits for trailers, engineering inspections and tracking systems, amongst a whole host of other benefits, which you can find out more about here. In addition to this, McClarrons’ clients can also gain access to legal advice and support from law firm rradar, as well as the service of an independent loss adjustor should they need to make a claim.
McClarrons’ Managing Director, Sean McClarron, explains why there is a need for such a specialist policy:
“Agricultural motor traders will have built up a long standing client base, so losing any customers due to any kind of business interruption can be extremely detrimental to the business. This can be avoided with comprehensive insurance protection that offers a resolution and reduces the interference of any claim that may occur”.
Aside from the policy features itself, the team at McClarrons seek to assure motor traders that if they do have any problems and need to make a claim, they have the support of insurance specialists who not only understand the industry inside out, but who helped create the very policy that’s protecting them.
Sean McClarron noted that the motivations behind creating the AgriTrade policy were the same as for all their efforts as an independent broker, “We see a gap and we want to fill it. That’s what is going to make for better protection for our clients, and that’s what we’re in the business of insurance for.”
