We are happy to announce that we have recently welcomed Jade Pringle to the Farm and Equine team as an Account Executive, expanding our reach into County Durham.
Jade brings with her extensive experience from her previous roles in Livestock and Equine Underwriting at Amlin, where she covered risks from cattle in the UK to dolphins in Dubai.
Jade grew up in County Durham, competing at national level in showing and showjumping as a child. At Newcastle University, Jade studied biology focusing on genetics, agriculture and environmental science. As an underwriter, Jade later completed her Cert CII qualification and PIF exam – a Professional Indemnity exam run by the International Underwriting Association.
With her family taking in racehorses for post-injury rehabilitation, Jade’s interest in racehorses and racing grew, and she competed in point to points and spent much of her time in the polo yard whilst working for Amlin in the South.
With Jade’s return to the North, she makes a fantastic addition to our already first class rural team at McClarrons and will be focusing her attention on rural clients in the North East.
As McClarrons grows, we are extending our services beyond North Yorkshire whilst continuing to employ driven and experienced staff to ensure we maintain the high level of service we offer our clients.
Sean McClarron, Director at McClarrons, commented: “With her background and experience, we know Jade is going to be the perfect fit for our rural team. She knows rural underwriting, she will understand the needs of her clients having similar interests as them, and she’s very familiar with her home county of Durham, where she’ll be focusing her efforts. We’re really excited to have Jade on board.”
