We are looking for an experienced Farm Account Executive to help develop and maintain our Farm account. Experience in the insurance and/or rural industry is required, with a keen interest in further developing specialist knowledge in required areas.
Job Description
- Build and develop the Farm book of business by identifying and developing opportunities
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients and Insurers
- Identify opportunities for product development
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients, offering them accurate, independent insurance advice
- Maintain detailed knowledge of new and existing products and current sector conditions
- Monitor and report on performance against agreed objectives
- Work with underwriters to amend policies where necessary to meet client requirements
- Work effectively as part of the Farm Team – working with Account Handlers, Claims Handlers and other Account Executives to help achieve company goals
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients
- Strong knowledge and experience in the agricultural and/or insurance industry
- Computer literacy and numeracy skills

- Enthusiasm to learn and progress through CII qualifications (where required)
- Business, financial or agricultural-related qualifications
