“Insurers want to pay honest claims” says ABI Boss
Figures released by the Association of British Insurers show that only 79% of home insurance policyholders are successful in their claims. The other 21% is not down to the insurer, says ABI’s Director General, but misunderstanding and misinformation from the policyholder.
