We have been operating for over 30 years, initially established as a specialist rural insurance broker. Over the years, the company has developed substantially, and we now operate in a number of sectors, including; commercial, care & social welfare, farm, equine, property owners and private clients.<\/p>\n
As the company has evolved, so has the structure of the organisation, and we welcome Nick Pay as Head of our Commercial Team. A Chartered Insurance Practitioner, Nick joins the company from a national broker with extensive experience of working in commercial insurance. Nick has led a number of high-performing teams in his previous roles, as well as managing portfolios of major UK and international accounts.<\/p>\n

Nick will be responsible for managing our team of experienced commercial Account Executives, maintaining and developing our relationships with insurers and partners to ensure we are doing the very best for our clients, and continuously looking for ways in which we can improve our commercial insurance proposition.<\/p>\n

As Nick joins the team, we also congratulate Liz Greaves on her promotion to Team Leader for the Commercial Team and to Rebecca Ward, who has taken on the role of Area Team Manager.<\/p>\n
