\u201cWhen you talk about Liability, the sky can be the limit\u201d, Desmond says. \u201cJust because a client has a $2million excess policy doesn\u2019t mean that\u2019s where the lawsuit is going to stop.\u201d<\/p>\n
Equally, it is an unfortunate reality that those in a position of wealth and fame are more likely to be the victims of extortion.<\/p>\n
