Our support for the charity Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice has continued this year with a number of internal activities such as dress down days, tuck shops and sponsored events such as 3 peaks challenge. Well done to Damian Coleman and Rob Green who last weekend completed a parachute jump from 15,000 feet with over one minute of freefall time!! We set ourselves the target of raising over £7500 during the year which we smashed in September by reaching a total of £8461, with 3 months yet to go!
Part of this total was raised by winning the Aviva Community Fund project. The £5000 first prize has already been used this summer to provide some really special memorable moments for the children and their families by funding organised day trips.
