Schofield Insurance wins £5000 for Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice

Earlier this year we entered the Aviva Community fund competition with a project for the charity we have been supporting, Forget Me Not Children's Hospice. The results are in and we are pleased to be able to announce that our project for Forget Me Not was a winner of £5000. The prize will be used to provide children from Forget Me Not with enjoyable and memorable day trips during this summer.

Drivers Not Filing Pothole Claims

In the last two years, nearly 25 per cent of UK motorists damaged their vehicles by hitting potholes, according to a recent survey from consumer group, Which?. However, less than 50 per cent of those motorists filed claims. The two most common reasons for not filing a pothole claim were lack of understanding on how to file a claim and a disinterest in dealing with the hassle of filing a claim.
